Alright, A is doing okay. Much, much better. She only had to stay one night in the doggie hospital. (Thank goodness, since we may not have been able to afford to get her back after a second night!) She bounced back very quickly. They're still not sure what caused the original issue, but we were given two different antibiotics, and instructions to keep her on special food for a while, until everything gets regulated and back under control.
She even spent the weekend at the daycare, with E, while Alpha and I visited my family for Christmas. I've called to check on them several times, and am always told that she's just fine, doing well.
